My oldest is only five, and he's definitely much more interested in more 'grown-up' books, but every now and then, it's lovely to snuggle up and re-read his very first books. I'd thought we would be getting rid of them, but we'll definitely be hanging on to them now until both the boys are ready to be finished with them.Patrick Samphirehttp://www.patricksamphire.com/noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1265120169320473011.post-92224746924694220972014-01-20T21:25:11.167-05:002014-01-20T21:25:11.167-05:00What a beautiful post! What a beautiful post!Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16813084292265103896noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1265120169320473011.post-49752101168750627032014-01-20T20:30:40.530-05:002014-01-20T20:30:40.530-05:00How nice that they still have them! But we did start reading chapter books together when they were rather young, and I'm proud of that, as well as the fact that I'm still reading chapter books aloud with both my 15 year old and my 9 1/2 year old.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03789250398792504412noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1265120169320473011.post-28812457433578643962014-01-20T15:12:07.902-05:002014-01-20T15:12:07.902-05:00Aw, what a lovely thing to do.
